• Lead and develop detailed planning for Web3 products including Dex, Swap, Wallet, and DeFi.
• Create high-quality product design plans that meet user needs and market trends.
• Analyze market dynamics and competition for Web3 products.
• Propose targeted product optimization based on market analysis.
• Coordinate cross-department resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Adjust product strategies based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with team members to promote information sharing.

• Follow company and team leader arrangements to promote smooth operations.

Requirements

• Direct experience in the industry, familiar with Uniswap V2/V3 principles.
• 3+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in financial or digital currency trading.
• Successful Web3 product experience, capable of product planning and execution.
• Clear logical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in mainstream product design tools like Axure, Office, and Figma.
• Experience in finance, securities, or futures trading is preferred.
