• Develop and maintain core quantitative trading system modules.
• Build a strategy execution platform for end customers supporting automated trading of various quantitative strategies.
• Optimize high-concurrency order processing systems to handle extreme market conditions.
• Collaborate with product developers on new quantitative strategies.
• Create strategy backtesting and simulation trading environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial system development, with at least 1 year in quantitative development.
• Proficient in Golang/Python/Java/C++, with experience in high-concurrency system development.
• Familiar with MySQL and Redis applications in trading scenarios.
• Knowledge of message queues like Kafka/Pulsar.
• Expertise in K8s container deployment, and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience in developing contract grid strategy systems and understanding dynamic parameter adjustment mechanisms.
• Familiarity with CTA strategies in cryptocurrency markets.
• Knowledge of position management algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills, strong self-drive, and responsibility.
