Backend Architect - Remote

• Responsible for backend architecture design, development, and optimization of related products.
• Lead the technical team to continuously optimize system reliability, usability, and maintainability.
• Assist the team in overcoming technical challenges related to high concurrency, data isolation, and system decoupling.
• Provide technical guidance to younger team members.
• Manage and build the technical team within the project group.
• Collaborate with business teams and project managers to confirm and break down business requirements.
• Control development risks and ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, PHP, or C, with a deep understanding of Linux systems.
• In-depth research on systems and networks.
• Familiarity with data structures and basic algorithms.
• Experience in agile development processes.
• Experience in designing and developing large system architectures, application architectures, or data architectures.
• Over 2 years of team management experience with strong drive.
