Talent Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Operations Associate on Garner’s Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup focused on improving the healthcare system.

In Short

• Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and provide updates to candidates.
• Build relationships with recruiters and maintain communication.
• Document and improve recruiting processes.
• Enhance candidate experience creatively.
• Track goals and performance of the hiring cycle.
• Maintain data integrity of the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Support special projects across the Talent Team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Google Suite.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
• Desire to improve the US healthcare system.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
