Overview

This role is a Marketing Associate for an exciting new business initiative at Galaxy, where you’ll work directly with the Marketing Lead to drive the full end-to-end client journey from acquisition to activation to long-term growth and retention.

In Short

• Own the client journey across email, push and in-app channels.
• Manage referral, affiliate and co-marketing campaigns.
• Lead content development and campaign execution end-to-end.
• Partner with product and data to understand performance.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience in fintech or tech startups.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing tools.
• Strong copy instincts and an eye for brand.
• Collaborative and clear communicator.
• Comfortable with data and metrics.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience in retail fintech or high-growth consumer tech startups.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, referral/acquisition, and campaign ops.
• Operationally excellent with process and structure.
• Strong copy instincts and an eye for brand.
• Comfortable with data and metrics.
• Collaborative and confident in a remote-first environment.
