Overview

The Director of Engineering will lead and build teams of strong engineers at G-P, focusing on the development of G-P Emerging products in collaboration with various functional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering with enterprise-scale products.
• 3+ years managing a team of leaders.
• 8+ years leading software development projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Strong experience with Java, Node.js, React, iOS, Android.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and technologies, AWS experience is a plus.
• Experience transforming engineering teams into empowered product teams.
• Desirable experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to tackle challenges in an evolving market.
