Overview

The Director, Engineering is a senior technical leader responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering engineering excellence, and leading teams in building and delivering innovative user value in our Ticketure product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 6 years as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience in leading and developing engineering leaders.
• Proven track record in adapting processes to align with customer needs.
• Experience in Agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
