Senior Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

Join our Data Team as a Senior Analytics Engineer, where you will play a key role in shaping analytics for our product.

In Short

• 60% of your time will be dedicated to spearheading analytics work and building the foundation of analytics and insights.
• 30% of your time will be devoted to data engineering, helping to build and maintain strong, performant pipelines.
• 10% of your time will be dedicated to moving the team forward strategically.
• Own problem spaces from 0 to 1, defining product requirements with stakeholders.
• Set the standard for high-quality analytics, ensuring performance and impact.
• Uphold best practices in data governance for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• BI tool expertise: Looker or equivalents (Tableau).
• Technical programming: Python scripting & SQL-type querying.
• Data ETL expertise: experience with Airflow, DBT or similar.
• Familiarity with modeling structured and unstructured data from NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to translate vague problems into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
