Director of AI-Driven Operations & Delivery - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic operator with deep agency or consultancy experience to lead and evolve our core delivery function. You’ll bring strong systems thinking, operational leadership, and hands-on fluency with modern tools and AI-powered workflows. This is not a traditional “service delivery” role — it’s about designing and scaling a lean, high-performance operation with AI at its core.

In Short

• Architect and continuously improve core operational systems across delivery, resourcing, client tracking, financial ops, and QA.
• Lead onboarding, training, and team enablement with a focus on performance and autonomy.
• Use AI tools (e.g., GPT, Copilot, Make, n8n) to design and implement automations that boost operational output.
• Monitor team capacity and resourcing; plan effectively across projects and partners.
• Own legal, financial, and operational documentation (SOWs, agreements, POs, etc.).
• Drive OKR implementation and EOS-style process rhythm across the company.
• Analyze business data to inform decisions, improve performance, and streamline systems.

Requirements

• Deep agency or consultancy experience.
• Strong systems thinking and operational leadership skills.
• Fluency with modern tools like ClickUp and Notion.
• Experience designing process automations.
• Ability to drive accountability across a remote team.
