Overview

The Adoption Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic and executional leader within our Fiserv Consulting division, focusing on driving consumer and small business usage and adoption of Fiserv’s digital banking solutions.

In Short

• Lead development and execution of multi-channel B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
• Create strategic, measurable toolkits, email programs, webinars, and client-facing resources.
• Serve as a client-facing marketing consultant, guiding FI partners through adoption strategies.
• Manage campaign planning, deployment, and measurement using various marketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Track campaign performance and align insights with KPIs and business growth metrics.
• Ensure timely execution of projects using agile tools.
• Contribute to the strategic development of client engagement efforts.

Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing, account management, or consulting, ideally with financial services or fintech clients.
• Experience in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate marketing metrics into actionable insights.
• Expertise in project management and multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong independent work ethic with a collaborative team approach.
