Overview

Reusables.com is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market initiatives in North America. This role is pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness while directly supporting our sales efforts.

In Short

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Optimize lead generation funnels and nurture campaigns.
Create and manage content across various channels.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
Manage the marketing budget and track performance.
Build brand credibility and user engagement.
Conduct data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Engage in community and thought leadership initiatives.
Oversee digital campaigns including LinkedIn and Google ads.
Develop customer case studies and manage trade-show presence.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and sales.
Proven success in lead generation and revenue growth.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
Experience in early-stage enterprise sales and marketing.
Proficiency in AI-enabled marketing tools.
High-ownership mindset and proactive, results-oriented approach.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working in a small, agile team.
