Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the effective promotion and positioning of the KnowBe4 brand.

In Short

• Develop and implement all marketing campaigns and strategies that align to KB4 HQ messaging and strategies
• Forge strong relationships with Sales to establish SLAs and initiatives to support customer acquisition
• Manage the set up of all lead generation campaigns
• Create and send email campaigns with calls to action, in compliance with applicable data protection laws
• Drive strategy and planning through the analysis of historic performance and KPIs
• Measure campaign results and optimize lead nurture tracks to increase conversions
• Support management and setup of all paid search campaigns (PPC)
• Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content
• Manage all administrative tasks, including budget management
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends

Requirements

• MA or Degree in Marketing or business-related subjects
• CIM Certification/Diploma (not essential but an asset)
• Competence in using digital marketing tools
• Minimum 3 years in marketing management experience
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Prior experience with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot
• Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Excellent time management and organization skills
