Working Student in Talent Acquisition with German - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging top talent.

In Short

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist in screening CVs and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help draft engaging job descriptions and support employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to process improvement projects and the candidate experience journey.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field).
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital tools and willing to explore AI-powered solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
