Overview

As a working student in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations, you will support our team in attracting talent, supporting employees professionally, and continuously developing our HR processes.

In Short

• Screening of CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinating interviews and follow-up activities with candidates and internal teams
• Managing the application process and relevant data in Personio
• Collaboration with external service providers, such as recruitment agencies or headhunters
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of HR processes and practices
• Support in the onboarding of new employees
• Support in the development of improved recruitment strategies
• Participation in HR projects to promote a positive corporate culture
• Support HR Operations with tasks across the entire employee lifecycle

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in HR, business administration or a comparable field
• Independent and structured way of working
• High degree of initiative, flexibility and reliability
• Teamwork is a priority for you
• Business fluent in German and English
