Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our dynamic team at a leading pharmaceutical company in Shanghai, China. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring that all software and systems meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
