IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Network Focus - Remote

Overview

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong focus on network infrastructure to lead and deliver complex projects in a regulated (GxP) pharmaceutical environment.

In Short

• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects with a primary focus on network design, upgrades, and optimization.
• Oversee project execution including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline tracking.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and lead post-project reviews.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
• At least 3 infrastructure projects delivered in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong technical understanding of networking infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• PMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum experience is an advantage.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
