As an IT support specialist you will provide technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements

• Language: Russian native, Fluent English
• 1–3+ years in internal IT support/helpdesk
• MacOS user support experience
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
• Knowledge of MDM solutions
• Security mindset and process respect
• Service-first and empathetic communication skills
