Overview

The Senior Information Security & Compliance Business Partner will bridge the gap between business units and the centralized security function, ensuring security considerations are integrated into business operations and facilitating regulatory compliance.

• Serve as the primary security contact for business unit leaders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risk across various domains.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of security policies and controls.
• Monitor compliance with security laws and corporate policies.
• Interact with cybersecurity teams to respond to breaches.
• Collaborate with IT and business units on new technology initiatives.
• Report on the organization’s risk profile and management activities.
• Manage security budgets and resources effectively.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate the success of the risk governance program.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of cybersecurity/IT Risk Management/IT Audit experience.
• 5+ years in an operationally focused security practitioner role.
• Strategic thinking and proactive risk management skills.
• 5 years’ experience working with business leadership.
• Understanding of a wide range of cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA.
