Overview

As a Junior Product Manager at Approach, part of the Fullsteam organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our climbing gym software platform, collaborating with teams to ensure products meet the unique needs of the climbing gym industry.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of SaaS products tailored to climbing gyms.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Productboard, and Figma.
• Understanding of software development and UX methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills using data and logic.
• Comfortable conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
