The Director of Student Experience and Success at Fullstack Academy is responsible for enhancing student experiences in bootcamp programs and ensuring their success post-completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in education.
• Experience in student support and career success.
• Understanding of regulatory agencies.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.
• Understanding of cost analytics and P&L management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; Hubspot and Canvas knowledge is a plus.
