In Short

• Lead the ongoing development and optimization of the NetSuite platform.
• Act as a strategic partner across Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
• Design scalable, automated solutions that evolve with the business.
• Implement advanced customizations and develop SuiteScript-based enhancements.
• Integrate third-party systems to support ERP environment growth.
• Mentor team members on ERP development best practices.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through automation.
• Oversee NetSuite access controls and data governance.
• Provide troubleshooting and performance tuning of ERP issues.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Proven success administering and customizing NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules like GL, AP/AR, Purchasing.
• Experience with system integrations and middleware.
• Proficient in data analysis and transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NetSuite certifications are a bonus.
• Experience leveraging AI or automation is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen to support business processes.
