In Short

• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and other team members to plan and architect react components and interaction patterns.
• Implement and deliver high-quality components and enhancements using JavaScript and React.
• Work as part of a "pod," a small team of front-end developers and designers.
• Contribute to the technical health of the design system by adhering to engineering and UX best practices.
• Collaborate and assist with developers from other teams.
• Scope and plan development work, balancing speed with technical quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a JavaScript or Front-End Developer, ideally at the senior level.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working with design systems and collaborating with product/design teams.
• In-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and performance optimization.
