Overview

As the Lead Support Trainer at Fullscript, you will develop and execute training programs for the Customer Support team, enhancing agent confidence and customer experience.

In Short

  • Support the Manager, Training & QA in training direction and delivery.
  • Mentor and manage Training Content Specialists and Trainers.
  • Develop and deliver specialized training programs both virtually and in-person.
  • Manage live training logistics and ensure coverage across training programs.
  • Integrate diverse learning modalities into training programs.
  • Champion AI-enhanced learning tools for streamlined program delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify training gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create learning materials.
  • Support agent development through relevant learning and coaching.
  • Contribute to leadership and coaching programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in training or mentoring roles.
  • 1+ years of experience in lab services or related fields.
  • Ability to strategically shape learning programs aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and content development tools.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
