In Short

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving high priority issues.
  • Interface with the engineering team for escalating bugs and customization requests.
  • Act as the liaison between the US market and the Israel-based development team.
  • Ensure timely and quality resolutions of customer issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborate with R&D management to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish best practices in documentation and feature requests.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role for a SaaS company.
  • Experience working in a global distributed team.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in web products.

Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRMs and task management tools.
  • Experience with modern SaaS tools (G Suite, Slack, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, DataDog, Splunk).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to interface with different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate high levels of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
