The Sr. Solutions Consultant is a pivotal individual contributor role focused on delivering innovative, client-centered solutions to support business growth and enhance client satisfaction. As a key contributor, the Sr. Solutions Consultant plays a vital role in advancing the company’s market position through expert guidance and tailored solutions. The role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and thought leadership to enhance the company’s market position and client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Leverage extensive product and market research expertise to design and scope tailored research projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align services with company objectives.
  • Train and coach Enterprise Sales Directors and Account Directors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Oversee the design of technology-based community partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for high-value client expansion opportunities.
  • Implement frameworks and strategies to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events and create thought leadership content.
  • Monitor and refine sales motions to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in market research.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with pre-sales motions and partnership road mapping.
  • Strong focus on implementing scalable processes.
  • Knowledge of AI applications and research platforms.
  • Ability to mentor and build high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
