Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Frontline Managed Services, you will facilitate effective accounts receivable and relationship management for an assigned portfolio of billing attorneys and their clients.

In Short

• Prepare reports and analyses to decrease outstanding accounts receivable.
• Facilitate meetings with billing attorneys and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records in the Accounts Receivable Collection Software.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of customer service and accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in law or accounting firms is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking, research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of customer service, accounting, and accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Previous law or accounting firm experience preferred.
