• Manage incoming payments and track them into the system for accurate bookkeeping.
• Maintain understanding of property management financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivables, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Understanding of residential real estate accounting concepts is a plus.
• Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
