• Facilitates effective accounts receivable and relationship management.
• Prepares reports and analyses to decrease outstanding accounts receivable.
• Facilitates meetings with billing attorneys and stakeholders.
• Acts as a liaison between clients and attorneys.
• Keeps accurate records of collection activities.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of customer service and accounting experience preferred.
• Previous law or accounting firm experience is preferred.
