Overview

The Director of Leadership Giving is responsible for ensuring the success of KEXP’s Major Giving, Grants, and Planned Giving programs. This role involves leadership and strategic direction to enhance revenue through individual, foundation, and corporate giving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven years of related experience.
  • Proven ability in cultivating and soliciting major gifts.
  • Strong budget management and financial interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse communities and promote equity.
  • Experience in team management and performance mentoring.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical fundraising practices.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
  • Deep understanding of KEXP programming and mission.
