Overview

A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought to join the Operations team as an Accounts Receivables Specialist. This role involves managing member accounts, billing, and ensuring smooth financial operations for a logistics company focused on e-commerce businesses.

In Short

• Process payments for a large portfolio of units.
• Prepare receivable collection reports.
• Monitor customer account details for irregularities.
• Maintain electronic accounts receivable customer files.
• Follow procedures for processing receipts and cash.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Process adjustments and refunds.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain an up-to-date billing system.
• Engage in special projects and reporting as required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounts and billing tasks.
• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Experience with workspace management systems, preferably OfficeRnD.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• High competence in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
