Recruiting Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Recruiting Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting With Coverage’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, outreach, and coordination tasks.

In Short

• Support the Recruiting Lead in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates across multiple roles.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, JuiceBox, and Greenhouse.
• Manage candidate communications and draft outreach messages.
• Keep job postings updated and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Assist in maintaining hiring trackers and pipeline dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Executive Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator experience.
• Hands-on experience in outbound recruitment or candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse AT.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a high-performing team.
