In Short

• Coordinate recruitment strategies for assessment Raters.
• Manage the interview and selection process for new contractors.
• Develop and maintain onboarding experiences for Raters.
• Monitor the health of Rater pools and track readiness and expertise.
• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure training materials align with expectations.
• Use data to drive improvements in recruitment and training.
• Work remotely within Canada.
• Initial 6-month term contract with potential for full-time conversion.
• Must reside in Canada and be eligible to work there.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French is an asset.
• Professional experience in recruiting or selecting candidates.
• Experience in designing and delivering training.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and training.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek support.
• Commitment to learning and growth.
