Logistics & Customs Lead - Remote

Overview

The Logistics & Customs Lead will oversee daily shipping operations and build reliable systems for international and domestic shipping, including customs clearance management at Fresh Prints, a custom apparel company.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end customs process for international orders.
• Develop systems for customs quoting and duty/tax management.
• Partner with leadership to refine shipping and customs framework.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in shipping operations.
• Expertise in international duty structures and customs clearance.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with logistics vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
