The Logistics Leader Australia will manage logistics activities for the Australian Onshore Wind Business, ensuring optimal fulfillment solutions for GE and its customers.

• Lead logistics planning and execution processes for ONW Australia.
• Manage weekly deliveries of turbine components to project sites.
• Continuously optimize business cases based on changing dynamics.
• Support commercial teams with Transportation management plans.
• Develop a portfolio of transportation and service providers.
• Negotiate rates with Logistic Service Providers.
• Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, or Logistics Planning.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with digital logistics tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs in a complex organization.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience managing an EHS program.
