Content Associate - Remote

Overview

FreeWill is seeking a Content Associate to play an integral role in accelerating our work supporting nonprofits large and small across the country.

In Short

• Write and create outstanding communications for nonprofit partners to significantly increase the gifts they receive.
• Combine outreach techniques with individual nonprofit voices to create effective messaging.
• Help develop experiments that inform best practices in planned giving.
• Work closely with the Partner Success team to understand partner needs.
• Strategize with the Content Team to create effective communications.
• Write customized content for nonprofit partners about FreeWill and giving channels.
• Create campaigns including e-blasts, surveys, postcards, and more.
• Record and analyze data to ensure content effectiveness.
• Stay updated on fundraising communications best practices.
• Act with FreeWill’s values of focus, joy, kindness, and courage.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in content creation.
• Familiarity with a GPT writing tool.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with faith-based organizations is preferred.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience is a plus.
