Overview

The Creative Content Associate will be responsible for owning creative execution for Pearl’s marketing, social media, and brand initiatives.

• Remote position based in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Full-time, Independent Contractor role.
• 40 hours per week with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
• Responsible for planning and executing content calendars.
• Design visual assets and write platform-native captions.
• Edit videos and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to align creative work with campaign goals.
• Monitor content performance and propose innovative ideas.
• Support the development of paid media creatives.

Requirements

• Experience in multimedia design work.
• Strong skills in video editing.
• Portfolio showcasing social media content, visuals, and/or writing.
• Proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Experience managing multiple B2B accounts and content calendars.
• Confident written communication skills with attention to tone and voice.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and engagement metrics.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
