Now, we’re expanding internationally — and we need an experienced operator to lead the charge.

• Hiring a VP of International Expansion to build and execute Freebird’s global growth strategy.
• Responsible for architecting the full international roadmap.
• Cross-functional leadership role requiring prior experience.
• Build go-to-market plans for phased international rollout.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer experience modeling.
• Coordinate execution across various functions including eCommerce and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, import/export laws, and privacy regulations.
• Localize site experiences and support creative teams for international markets.
• Identify and track KPIs to improve performance post-launch.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for launching new markets efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in international expansion and eCommerce.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Shopify Plus and eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Understanding of localization and customer experience optimization.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
