Overview

The Executive Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, ensuring compliance with management policies, and meeting client expectations.

• Manage assets as assigned by FPI Management.
• Prepare annual operating budgets for clients.
• Monitor project budgets and financial status of assets.
• Ensure properties maintain required documentation and standards.
• Review vacancies and operating statements for budgetary control.
• Provide training and guidance to employees.
• Respond to client and resident communications promptly.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in property management leadership.
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Property management certification preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Proficient in English communication.
