In Short

  • Handle Level 1 product issues and troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Collaborate with product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Document and review solutions to common questions and problems.
  • Update the ticket tracking system with accurate status of support issues.
  • Escalate issues to the product/developer team.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the Customer Success team.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to workflow and tools.
  • Manage multiple tasks including chats, emails, and calls.
  • Work rotational shifts 24/7 on weekdays and weekends.
  • Join a team shaping the future of PDF technology.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven experience in providing technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in computers or relevant field.
  • Experience in software support is a plus.
  • Great communication skills.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce & JIRA is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
