Overview

As a Junior Recruiter at Foundry for Good, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to help our organization reach our growth goals while supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.

In Short

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Continuously improve recruiting strategies.
