In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of production-grade AI systems across diverse problem spaces.
• Work across the stack: data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to apply ML/AI effectively.
• Define and evolve ML infrastructure and tooling.
• Build lightweight prototypes and production systems.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Share on-call responsibilities for the systems built.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total software development experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML/AI systems.
• Solid programming experience in Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles.
• Experience deploying models in production environments using cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with containerized workflows and serverless architectures.
• Exposure to modern MLOps tooling.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first team.
• Available to travel to the US for onsite client meetings.
