Overview

The Manager, Learning & Research, manages efforts to build and sustain a strong learning and data culture across FJC. This role develops and implements the infrastructure and processes for field-wide data collection and program evaluation across the field.

In Short

• Manage FJC’s learning, data, and evaluation strategies.
• Partner with impact teams and external partners for program evaluation.
• Ensure high quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
