As a Risk Operations Lead, you will manage a team responsible for analyzing high-risk transactions and ensuring compliance while providing a safety net for self-employed individuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in risk operations or compliance roles.
• 3+ years managing risk operation teams.
• Ability to spot trends and establish new processes.

• Experience in financial services or accounting.
