Project Manager - ADP Lyric - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at FosterThomas, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of ADP Lyric modules to ensure business goals are met within designated time frames.

In Short

• Manage all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Create project plans with deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization.
• Ensure milestones are met through oversight and coordination of resources.
• Collaborate with departments impacting the project.
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Provide status reports and updates.
• Assess, manage, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to meet individual project needs.
• Utilize various project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing ADP products and PM experience with Lyric modules/products.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Accountability for results individually and as a team.
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions.
