Requirements

• Automotive aftersales experience in both service and parts.
• Project management and people management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coaching experience and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project).
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Comfortable conducting high-level management meetings.
• Strong understanding of aftersales and customer retention.
