Overview

The Benefits Implementation Consultant will manage all phases of benefit module implementations, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder communication while leveraging HCM expertise.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with ADP products, specifically in a Benefits capacity.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong consulting and communication abilities.
• Accountability for results, both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions.
