Overview

As a Bilingual Associate Product Consultant supporting Moen, you will deliver a consumer experience that fosters trust and brand loyalty while working remotely.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls from Spanish- and English-speaking consumers.
  • Provide empathetic, solution-oriented support for product, technical, and warranty issues.
  • Use tools and product knowledge to guide consumers through repair or installation processes.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling a high volume of inquiries.
  • Document call details, product issues, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
  • Meet daily performance expectations in service quality and productivity.
  • Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Perform additional assignments or projects as needed.
  • Work in a remote, structured environment with minimal distractions.
  • Complete over 200 hours of paid, virtual training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Must meet internet and workspace requirements for remote work.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
