Overview

This position is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction for all customers of Advanced Sterilization Products through effective complaint handling and investigation.

In Short

  • Reviews incoming complaints and collects additional information as needed.
  • Authors clear and accurate reports for compliance files.
  • Completes low complexity complaint investigations independently.
  • Coordinates the initiation of company issue escalation processes.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable regulations regarding medical device complaints.
  • Communicates business-related issues to management.
  • Participates in improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and investigation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with quality management system concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications and typing.
  • Prefer experience with Complaint Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of sterilization and disinfection technologies preferred.
