Overview

Maximize client reimbursement through accurate and timely entry and processing of ambulance call reports (ACR’s) in accordance with client, company, and compliance standards.

In Short

  • Enter direct and interpreted data from ACR’s into billing software.
  • Provide feedback to Revenue Cycle Manager regarding billing process issues.
  • Process all assigned pending and rejected claims accurately.
  • Distribute front-end client reporting in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills to address client needs.
  • Meet or exceed client SLAs concerning billing turnaround times.
  • Conduct all tasks with professionalism and respect.
  • Support and demonstrate the company mission and values.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least one-year experience in a healthcare office or clinical environment.
  • Strong comfort level learning new computer programs.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Ability to learn and apply HIPAA and insurance regulations.
  • Willing to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • Strong internal customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
