Overview

The Coding Specialist II is responsible for ensuring accurate coding from medical records and entering charges into the billing system, while also maintaining compliance with established coding standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Certification as a CPC or CCS-P required.
• Three years of experience in production coding in a surgical setting.
• Outpatient professional fee revenue cycle management experience preferred.
